Our Chapel
Three metre high bronze doors, emblazoned with the Victoria Funerals logo, are a fitting entry to the breathtaking chapel, which was officially consecrated in 2007.
Our Chapel evokes peace and tranquillity with its colour scheme and finish. The high, tiered ceiling with recessed lighting gives the impression of soaring height. The centre aisle leads to the stepped altar wall, featuring sandstone and timber. To one side of this is a raised timber podium set with a sandstone insert. This is matched by the pew ends which also feature a timber and stone combination.
On one side of the chapel is a series of beautiful stained glass windows featuring red roses, and these are mirrored by the roses in the floral arrangements set in high niches on the opposite walls. It can accommodate large numbers for Funeral Services, Viewings, Prayers or Rosaries, and is equipped with modern audio and visual equipment. Services can be recorded at the request of the family.
