Dear Chris, Maria & the Staff at Victoria Funerals, Brunswick, we were so glad we chose Victoria Funerals at the time of our Mum’s death in June 2011. You were extremely professional and the company had exceptional all round facilities. Secondly as a family business your empathy and caring stood out like a beacon and helped cushion our hurt at the time of our loss. Every facet in the funeral process was handled and explained to us methodically with the precision of a surgeon. Relatives and friends heaped lavish praise towards your company. Dad was very happy to see Mum get the funeral she deserved courtesy of your company.

Fast forward - When dad passed away in March 2013 there was no hesitation in us contacting Chris and Maria and engaging their services. Victoria Funerals handled all the funeral arrangements as per our wishes with mathematical precision. Again friends and relatives were overwhelmed at the superior service & the array of facilities. We are certain that dad would have been silently happy that his send-off was in good hands. We will have no reservation in recommending & referring anyone to your company as a “red carpet service” awaits them.

The service that Maria provided for our family was honestly nothing short of incredible. I personally have not experienced a business or an individual that has a such a can do attitude in every facet of arranging a "Quality" funeral. The choices of everything necessary were extremely extensive as were the ideas that Maria offered. During the whole process from the Monday to the end of the wake on Thursday, Maria gave her all no matter what the issue or task that needed to be managed. Maria's attention to detail was impeccable. I will also say I have contacted other funeral directors who were presumably reputable brands to find that some could not even return calls or were disorganised and wanted me to do some of the organising that would be required. Maria would put most other Funeral Directors to shame. I certainly wouldn't trust anybody else after dealing with Maria.

Your attention to detail in every way has been achieved with what I would say is the most impressive funeral home I have ever visited. This is truly perfection and a credit to you and Chris.

As I may have mentioned, I have visited many and yours is by far the most superior. From the moment I entered the door, through to the large foyer area, I was amazed at how impressive it is. I had seen photos in the brochures and on the internet but this did not prepare me for the actual experience of coming in to see it and experience the opulence of this amazing building. As they say, the first impression is a lasting one and wow, what an impression!

The Chapel, which is the size of some Churches, gave a feeling of comfort and peacefulness. The couch in the arrangement room made me feel so comfortable I didn’t want to leavem I felt like I was in the lobby of a luxurious hotel!

Your selection room was very spacious with a large selection. At some places you feel like you are in a cupboard to choose a coffin! And as for the Information Package, the booklet covers every detail from start to finish.

Your personal and professional service, both over the phone and face to face, are of the highest standard. Your pricing and costs are very reasonableand I feel confident that my family and friends will engage Victoria Funerals in the future, when the need arises.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Victoria Funerals to all that I know. I am not an expert in this field however my dealings and experience with you and your company have been exceptional.

I have no doubt that the grieving process would be made easier with Victoria Funerals, with such a comfortable and pleasant environment and such dedicated staff.

Dear Maria, We would like to thank you for your kindness and support during a difficult time for our family.
